Was checking out Christian sites and was blown away with GCS's "what we believe" statement of faith, didn't need to look any further.
My background is with the Assembly of God churches and am still Pentecostal in beliefs. I'm with a great guy in a long term relationship and live in Southern California. Looking forward to jumping into this. Yours in Christ, Franc

Hi, I just found this site, and I am a bit overwelmed at this point. I read your post, and I am happy to see another Assembly of God member in here. I too have grown up as an Assemblies of God member and am completely Pentecostal. I'm going through a major rough time with fighting whether I'm gay or not, and ultimately if I'm going to hell or not because of it. Because of your background being the same as mine, I would love to chat with you and give you more on my background and history, and also hear about your. Thanks, Southpaw

You can hold onto these verses concerning salvation. Once you have accepted Christ as Savior....you have recieved God's free gift of Life.
Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
Romans 5:16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
Romans 5:17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
John 10:28: “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
